NUTRITION FOR YOUR HEALTH

Margaret’s 20+ years experience in Nutrition Counseling has shown her that FOOD and WHAT you eat is just one part of the HEALTH issue. What you eat and the specific choices you make are important, however, other factors definitely play a role in how the FOOD affects HEALTH in each individual. This is where Margaret excells! Yes: genetics do play a small part; the larger part is how food choices can affect how well your genes work, and ultimately how healthy you feel and even your longevity. And, of course, how your food and environment play a major role in how your genes predisposition to certain dis-eases play out. Yes, so much is about prevention! It often is just An Ounce of Prevention.

What clients are saying

  • I would like to thank you for another great seminar on glucose, dairy and grains. Just like the one on Carbohydrates, Fats & Protein, I got so much great information to take home and follow my progress for a healthy lifestyle change. I feel so much better than 6 months ago when I first asked for your help. This is truly a lifelong commitment that I am happy to make. You have really helped me to understand how good nutrition is the key to good health. Thank you so very much. I can’t wait until your next seminar.

  • Dear Margaret.....Thank you so much for sharing your time and expertise on Friday. You did such a great job of explaining how our bodies break down and use the foods that we choose. There was a great flow of information from top to bottom. You explained not only how our digestive tract works, but how different foods affect it. Your visuals were complementary to your presentation. There were natural pauses as topics changed, and your information was so relevant. You presented it naturally and with great clarity. I enjoyed it from beginning to end. Thank you for including me. I learned so much, and plan to incorporate as much as I can into my daily routine. I will stay in touch. Thank you again!

A FREE video discussing a very common genetic variation, commonly known as MTHFR. It is generally not recognized as a metabolic issue that affects numerous systems in the body. Are you one of the 45-48% of people who have methylation issues?
