TOOLS FOR SELF-HELP
Over the 20+ years of my practice, I have composed presentations on various topics and given then to my clients as teaching tools. Now I have made some of those tools available to my on-line audience for a small fee.
Please browse through the topics! You might find an area that interests you: food, nutrition, how your digestive system works or details abut a health-related diagnosis. According to a 2017 report published by the Harvard School of Medicine: Today, most medical schools in the United States teach less than 25 hours of nutrition over four years. In fact, less than 20 percent of medical schools have a single required course in nutrition.
Cost for each of these Seminars is $35 To order please call or text: 410-923-7443 or email Margaret@1ounce.com
